About Me
Throughout my professional career, regardless of my title, I have always found myself drawn to leading and helping others learn and grow. Because of this, five years ago, I decided to pivot my career and transition into the role of an Instructional Designer. I felt incredibly fortunate when I secured a job as an instructional designer, as it combines all my passions. I can unleash my creativity, innovate, solve problems, help others learn and grow, and continuously expand my skill set.
I utilize the ADDIE Model and Adult Learning Principles in my curriculum design, and regardless of the type of learning material I create, I always strive for it to be engaging, visually inviting, and easy to use.

Experience
I am skilled in crafting interactive and influential learning opportunities delivered through various mediums, including eLearning, microlearning, videos, podcasts, job aids, and multimedia presentations. To ensure effectiveness, I develop customized content that adheres to adult learning principles, utilizing instructional design frameworks like the ADDIE model, SAM Model, Bloom's Taxonomy, and Action Mapping.
Learning Formats:
I design for various learning formats, including instructor-led (ILT), virtual live training (VLT), and blended training approaches. My adaptable approach ensures that learning is effective and engaging, regardless of the delivery method.
My design process is very collaborative. I work closely with leaders and stakeholders to identify training needs, define learning objectives, establish timelines, and select the most suitable training medium. I engage subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance. My iterative approach includes prototyping, stakeholder reviews, design, evaluation, and refinement.

I am proficient in managing courses through Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Oracle and Learn and using SharePoint for collaborative content development and management.
